Shipping

We deliver local orders for free. If your postal code qualifies, you’ll see the option at checkout. 

Orders over $100 CAD (before tax and after discounts) ship free within Canada. For orders under that amount, we charge a flat rate of $9 CAD. Orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Parcel or a comparable carrier.

U.S. shipments

We do not ship to the United States currently. Regulatory changes and uncertainty around de minimis exemptions have made cross-border shipping impractical. We hope to resume U.S. shipping in the future and will provide updates if this changes.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Vanillablossom products. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out at info@vanillablossom.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Eligibility

Unopened and unused items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery with a receipt or order confirmation. For food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible.

Process

To arrange a return, please contact us first. Items can be mailed back at your expense, or we can provide a printable return label and deduct the shipping cost from your refund. Returns should be sent to:

Once we receive your return, we’ll confirm eligibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to appear.

Recommendations

If your return is valued at over $75, we recommend using tracking and/or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee safe arrival without it.
