Returns & Shipping
We deliver local orders for free! If your postal code qualifies, you will see the option for local delivery during checkout. We will deliver the order within three days after ordering.
Orders over $100 CAD ship to you for free, for both Canada and the USA.
For orders under $100 CAD we charge a $9 CAD flat rate for both Canada and the USA.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Vanillablossom products, but we know that sometimes accidents happen in transit, or things simply don’t work out. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at the email address below, and we will do our best to resolve the issue:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will ensure that you receive a replacement.
Return and Exchange Process
Please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
Unopened and unused items* can be returned or exchanged within seven days of delivery, provided that you have your receipt or order confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.

Alternatively, we can email you a printable shipping label, and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
We will notify you once we have received your returned item. If the item is eligible for refund or exchange, we will process your refund to your original method of payment, or send you your replacement item. Please note that refunds can take seven to ten business days to be applied to your account or your credit card.
Depending on shipping times, the time required to complete the return or exchange process can vary. Thank you for your patience.
If your return is valued over $75, we recommend that you send the item with tracking and/or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that your return will arrive at our address safely.
