Fudgey Chocolate Brownies

Gooey, soft and fudgy... what more would you want from a brownie? 


½ cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp Vanillablossom Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt


Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Flour and grease an 8-inch square pan, or line with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in remaining ingredients until combined. and pour batter into prepared pan. Smooth with a spatula until and even thickness throughout.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake.

Serve as is, or top with your favorite frosting once cooled. Enjoy!
