You need just the right icing for gingerbread, with enough strength for building gingerbread houses, or just attaching candies to your gingerbread cookies. This recipe works very well.
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter softened but not melted
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp Pure Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste
Directions
Mix with beaters for several minutes until icing will hold a peak. Add more icing sugar as needed.
