Madagascar's highest quality gourmet vanilla beans, packaged in a resealable glass tube (never plastic!) because only glass prevents vanilla beans from drying out. When cooking or baking with Vanillablossom’s whole vanilla beans, slice the beans lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Don’t waste the husks, as they contain flavorful oil. Use the husks to infuse your dish with vanilla, just be sure to strain them out! Unused beans can be stored unrefrigerated in their original tubes.
