Vanilla Bean Specks are created by grinding spent vanilla bean pods after the beans have been extracted. The pods are dried, ground and sifted to create a rich brown powder perfect for use in recipes such as ice cream and creme brûlée. It has a faint vanilla fragrance, is perfect for creating a vanilla aesthetic in your kitchen creations.
Please note: The best utility for this product is decorative of nature. These beans have been used for extraction, and therefore contain only a marginal amount of flavour. These specks are not a replacement for vanilla beans, or our Pure Vanilla Extract and Paste.
