Ingredients 2 tbsp sugar2 tbsp honeyOne 2" piece fresh ginger, unpeeled, thinly sliced1 tsp Vanillablossom Vanilla Extract1 cinnamon stick4 Vanillablossom Black Peppercorns1/2 tsp ground cardamom1/8 tsp ground cloves1/4 tsp ground nutmeg2 cups water4 black tea bags, such as Darjeeling or English Breakfast Directions Combine all ingredients except teabags into a small saucepan. Simmer on stovetop for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep tea bags in mixture for ten minutes.Strain or scoop out any solids and serve warm with or without milk. Try condensed milk for a more traditional flavor!
